FUJIFILM Asia Pacific Pte. Ltd. Announces the Appointment of Suhas Pokale as General Manager of Medical Business Division

Suhas Pokale has been appointed General Manager of Modality & IT Solutions of the Medical Business Division at FUJIFILM Asia Pacific Pte. Ltd. as of 1 October 2012, and is responsible for marketing, sales and technical services in medical business in Asia Pacific region.

Mr. Pokale joined FUJIFILM Corporation, India Branch Office in 2006, and as a Medical Business Division Head, he contributed in setting up a direct business operations in India. From 2008, just after the establishment of the FUJIFILM India Private Limited, he was responsible for complete business operations including sales, marketing, and technical services as an Executive Vice President & General Manager of the Medical Business Division. He has been contributing to introduce the products and services such as digital X-ray diagnostic imaging system and medical-use picture archiving and communication systems “SYNAPSE” into Indian market.

With his new role, he will actively contribute to grow the sales of Fujifilm`s medical business products and services in broader Asia Pacific market using his more than 20 years of experience in medical industry.
